Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ryan 'Fluff" Bruce is a man of many things: YouTuber, former guitarist for Dragged Under, audio engineer, videographer and (most importantly) a guy with a beard.
He pursues one of his biggest passions, education, through his YouTube channel "Riffs, Beards & Gear." With over 400k subscribers, he provides an incredible resource for musicians, particularly guitarists. Fluff has collaborated on videos with brands such as Fishman Pickups, Produce Like A Pro, DistroKid, Sweetwater, Sennheiser, and many many more while also being an Instructor at Tom Morello's Guitar Camp.
Utilizing skills developed over the 12 year history of the channel, Fluff has found succes with multiple signature guitar amp sim plugins with ML Sound Lab. His signature guitar model with MusicMan, the "Fluff" Artist Series StingRay, equipped with his signature Fishman Fluence Custom Series Pickups is further testament to his influence. With his skills, experience, infectious enthusiasm, and commitment to his craft, Fluff has proven himself to be a leading figure in contemporary music today.
Future plans include world domination and auditioning for a ZZ Top cover band.
